I work long hours in front of a computer and I was having problems with RSI. Turmeric has been a great help. Within a few days of taking them the pain was reduced. The dose of these capsules is 3 a day. They are easy to swallow. There is a bit of taste/smell of turmeric but it is not unpleasant. There are 120 tablets tightly packed into the bottle which is a 40 day supply and I think the price compares well with other brands that I have used.
